The former Portuguese international, winger Luis Boa Morte, is well on his way to prolonging his contract with West Ham. The player’s contract ends on June 30th, but he has received a proposal for a new contract, according to the Hammers’ official website.
The player was injured throughout most of the season, but made an impact when he finally returned. Although he’s already 33 years old, the club looks interested in keeping the player who’s been in West Ham since 2007. West Ham is interested in reducing their salary sheet, but they look at the Portuguese as an important member of the squad.
