The most important derby for the Turkish football will be played today at the Ali Semi Yen. Galatasaray and Fenerbahce meet for the 2nd time this season. The two clubs are table neighbors on the 4th and 5th spots, none of them currently qualifying for an European Cup for the next season.

The title seems far away. Leaders Sivasspor are 9 points ahead, while 2nd placed Besiktas are 8 points above Galata and Fener. The first encounter of the season ended with a 4-1 home win for Fenerbahce.
