Glasgow Rangers have defeated St.Mirren with 3-0 some time ago. Kris Boyd and Jean-Claude Darcheville twice scored the winning goal for Walter Smith’s side. Rangers needed this win in order to maintain slim hopes for the Scottish Premier League. Saturday’s 1-1 draw knocked them down from the favorites position to win the title. Celtic are now most likely to defend their title again.
