Rangers deservedly got a home win over St Mirren by an expressive margin.
St Mirren started well with a goal by Graham Carey in the 30th minute. Up until then Rangers looked a little tired, but that spurred them into a good performance. Lee McCulloch was the face of that comeback, by scoring less than 2 minuted after the St Mirren opening goal, and again right at the beginning of the second half.
Rangers took hold of the game at that time, and would go on to score a third goal 12 minutes before the end, by Nacho Novo.
Rangers hold on to first place, and put the pressure back on Celtic.
