Manchester City v Arsenal

Robinho is an injury doubt for Manchester City as they host Arsenal, after picking up an injury as Brazil beat Argentina last weekend. Unfortunately for Mark Hughes a player on the losing team got injured also – Carlos Tevez, who now faces missing this game and the Manchester derby next week.

Man City are not the only team upset by international duty – Andrey Arshavin aggravated an injury playing for Russia and looks set to miss 3 games – extremely annoying for Wenger given that he specifically asked Russia to rest him and they refused.

Arsene Wenger will be happy to have Cesc Fabregas available for selection again, and will hope to change the fact that Manchester City are the only  team not to have conceded a goal this season.
