It’s going to be a funny few years for the Scottish Premier League, and Celtic in particular with Rangers down in the doldrums and not back for a while, and today begins what could well be a simple progression to two or three more league titles. I think the ‘disgrace’ of Rangers has been overblown, especially when you see what Juventus have been up to, and hopefully we can all move on.
Aberdeen will be hoping to take advantage of the power vacuum at the top, as will a few others, and this is cracking opener for the SPL favourites.
