Rangers 2 – 1 Celtic Highlights

by Rocwood on 3 October, 2009

Rangers v Celtic

Rangers hauled Celtics lead in the league back to a single point after an impressive start to todays old firm game.

Kenny Miller scored twice in the opening 15 minutes, before McGeady scored a penalty to take it to 2-1.

Celtic yet again had several players booked for diving. Dirty cheating cunts.

8′ K. Miller [1-0]

16′ K. Miller [2-0]

25′ A. McGeady (pen.) [2-1]

Celtic 2 – 1 Hearts Highlights

by Griff on 19 September, 2009

Celtic score a late goal against Hearts to go top of the Scottish Premier League

Hearts were first to score after Suso’s great solo effort, firing in from 18 yards out.

Chris Killen had an earlier effort saved but he scored the equaliser into the second half with a diving header.

Glenn Loovens was the last minute hero after his close range header hit the back of the net, stealing all three points.

Both teams had good chances during the game, but Hearts manager Csaba Laszlo will be disappointed after going ahead first and with the lapse of concentration from his defence in the dying minutes with cost them a point.

Suso Santana 5 [Hearts]
Killen 56 [Celtic]
Loovens 90+3 [Celtic]
