Bolton finally won away, against a West Ham team that hadn’t lost at home for five matches.
Goals by Davies and Wilshere saw Bolton go two goals ahead of their opponents withing 16 minutes of play, and a late goal by Diamanti when Bolton were already down to 10 men served as little more than consolation for the Hammers.
Boos were heard in the stadium, aimed primarily at manager Zola, who’ll have a hard time getting his team back into a winning streak anytime soon, with matches against Arsenal and Chelsea to follow.
