The last time Arsenal met Birmingham, Eduardo ended up with a dislocated ankle and a broken leg at the hands of Martin Taylor. There is no chance of a repeat today – both players sit out through injury.
Cameron Jerome will return for Birmingham, but Christian Benitez misses out (and looks likely to be hit by a club fine) as he missed his flight home from South America.
Arsenal are missing Bendtner, Clichy, Denilson and Djourou, but Samir Nasri and Manuel Almunia are both likely to be fit.
