Rooney wins 3 more for United against Wigan

by Rocwood on 14 January, 2009

Man Utd play today their first postponed encounter of the season. They host Wigan Athletic at the Old Trafford. If you remember the Red Devils have 2 matches less played as the rest of the Premier League pack. Today one of them is played and a win will climb United on the 2nd spot of the EPL, only 2 points behind Liverpool.

Wigan are 7th at the moment, but managed to build a 4 back to back win streak which surely provides enough confidence to start this encounter with a positive attitude.

Manchester United – Wigan coverage starts at 8pm GMT time. We invite you here at the FC Football Blog to follow video from the Old Trafford, as soon as Steve Bennett starts the game. Highlights will be updated after the match.
