edit – I have now locked entries, as of now nobody else can enter tomorrows competition. We will be open for everyone from next week. From the proper launch, entries will only be locked from the exact kickoff time of the first Saturday game.
Okay its finally the time to launch our new game! We are going to give a limited number of people the chance to play this weekend, in order for us to test the system. You can see the game here:

For this test weekend we will have a first prize (no runners up) of £50. I’m only going to let about 50 people enter so there is a good chance of winning.
Basically you need to predict the scores of the Premiership games. If you predict the correct winner, you get 5 points. For each team you get the number of goals scored correct, thats another point. If you get it all correct, you get 10 points total for that game.
Like I say this is just a test for now, so once we get enough entries I am going to edit the link out of this post – it’ll be open for everyone to play from next weekend.
All I ask in return for playing this week, is if you notice any issues at all that aren’t as they should be, please fill in the Contact Us form on the main site, tell us about it and we’ll fix it.
Important – If you are going to enter this test weekend, please remember, write down or add the link to your favourites! Once I delete the link from this post you will NOT be able to navigate to the competition from our home page till next week!
I am aware the league table in it is out of date, so don’t use that to base predictions on. If you want to see how teams are doing in the league before entering, please click the “league tables” tab on the main site.

I know I said I would launch it ages ago, but various issues delayed things. I also said I’d start the Atkins Diet at the same time and I’ve not started that either

What a week to start the competition, the games are really hard to call with teams in similar posistions in the league and teams both being on form or off form.

Nice try. If you hadn’t been so blatant I might not have caught the cheating.
For everyone else reading, we tried to launch the game but it had a bug in it which meant people could edit their picks after the games had finished. Both of these losers took advantage of this bug, which is why we have took so long to relaunch it. I went through server logs and both edited their picks after the game had finished.
If Capn Majid had went to the bookies and put £1 on an accumulator on all the scores he “predicted” he’d be a millionaire right now. Shouldn’t have made it so fucking obvious and you might have got away with it. Did you not think I was going to look into it when someone predicts the correct scorelines of every single premiership game?

It’s alright as i play so many other predictors, but if i offended you by “cheating” i am sorry. I thought you would of been thankful that we found the bug which exposed this. You didn’t give us the money as we cheated which is fair enough but banning us? Bit harsh really. If we didn’t do it someone else would. Once again i’m sorry.

So let me get this straight – I should be “thankful” for you trying to rip me off?
Sure, you found a bug, but what you should have done is email and tell me, not blatantly abuse it for financial gain.
The excuse “If we didn’t do it someone else would” doesn’t work. Just because someone else might cheat is no excuse for you to do it.
You can say its harsh all you like, but you cost someone else the chance to legitimately win £300 last time, if you had reported that bug I would have sorted it (one line of code with an error in it) before the games started and someone would have walked off with £300. So you’re banned and you’re staying banned. So is Captain Cheater or whatever his name was
